THE VINEYARD OF SANTA FUMIA
Straddling between Marino and Rome, this estateoffers a spectacle of vineyards nestled on the slopes of the volcano. The vineyards, luxuriant and marked by the prospects of escape, are divided between the autochthonous white berried grapes, and the international Syrah and Merlot. The latest addition to the house is Montepulciano, which with its 3 hectares will give Cantine Silvestri the DOC Roma Classico
THE TRASPONTINA ESTATE
The estate extends between the municipalities of Ariccia and Albano, and offers the denominations of Roma DOC and Castelli Romani. The vines are for the most part international and prestigious such as Manzoni, Chardonnay, Cabernet franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Vermentino. At the center of the property stands a former convent of the Traspontini friars: since the seventeenth century, the friars went here to pray and for the harvest period.
