Winemaking techniques
White vinification, soft pressing, controlled temperature fermentation of clear must, with the addition of selected yeasts.
Second fermentation
Fermentation is favored in the cellar with a second addition of selected yeasts which guarantee a light and creamy foam.
Perlage
Delicate, fine and persistent.
Color
Pale straw yellow with light greenish reflections.
Taste
Lively and lively. Good progression with sensations of fresh fruit, wild herbs and flowers.
