Tasting notes
Mousse: Creamy, pink-coloured with ruby shades.
Perlage: Fine and persistent.
Colour: Clear red cherry.
Bouquet: Full, of ripe fruit, musky, agreeable and persisten.
Taste: Round and very fruity, with sugar residues that are very well-proportioned to the acidity and alcohol content; creamy and smooth. |
