100% chardonnay grapes, picked selectively by hand at the right stage of ripeness.
Tasting notes
Colour: medium-deep yellow with faint greenish lights.
Bouquet: soft, ripe-fruity and mild with a hint of apricot and melon.
Taste: soft on entering the mouth, good alcoholic note, acidity moderate, structure excellent to the point of becoming full-bodied, good closure bringing a flavour of apricot mixed with hazelnut. A complex, elegantly smooth wine |
