Started up just after WWII, through the intuition of its founder who, having discovered the American spirit of partying that was ideally a combination of “ladies and Champagne”, was able to meet the need for the only one of these two ingredients that was missing in the Italy of that time.

Vineyards: Grapes come from hillside vineyards in Campania and Lazio.
Grape Varieties: Made from Falanghina and Chardonnay grapes, selected and harvested by hand as soon as they are ripe.
Tasting Notes
Mousse: White, lingering.
Perlage: Long-lasting, with tiny bubbles.
Colour: Bright straw yellow.
Bouquet: Intense, fresh and pungent; outstanding elegance.
taste: Dry, but not harsh; clean-tasting, elegant and harmonious. |
