Grapes are selected and harvested by hand. Subsequently grapes are pressed, their stalks are removed and grapes undergo steeping for 8- 10 hours at a low temperature, and softly crushed. Separation from the first-drop must. Filtration and preservation at 0° C.
The secondary fermentation in autoclave takes palce in a wholty natural way and it is interrupted by the cold when the must has reached the real alcoholic content of 7% vol. Cold isobaric bottling.
MOUSSE: Creamy, pink-coloured with ruby shades.
PERLAGE: Fine and persistent.
COLOUR: Clear red cherry.
BOUQUET: Full, of ripe fruit, musky, agreeable and persisten.
TASTE: Round and very fruity, with sugar residues that are very well-proportioned to the acidity and alcohol content;creamy and smooth.

Exellent as a dessert wine or served with a salad fruit, especially with strawberries. Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.
