100% chardonnay grapes, picked selectively by hand at the right stage of ripeness.

Winemaking technique

VWhite vinification, soft pressing, cold-decanting must cleaning, fermentation at a controlled temperature, 18ºC.

Tasting notes

COLOUR: medium-deep yellow with faint greenish lights.
BOUQUET: soft, ripe-fruity and mild with a hint of apricot and melon.
TASTE: oft on entering the mouth, good alcoholic note, acidity moderate, structure excellent to the point of becoming full-bodied, good closure bringing a flavour of apricot mixed with hazelnut.
A complex, elegantly smooth wine.

Advice from the winemaker

Best served cool at a temperature of 10-12° C, with lean hors d'oeuvres, consommés, fish and white meat.

Gastronomical suggestions

best served at a temperature of 12-13ºC with hors d’oeuvres of either raw or cooked fish and with tasty second courses, whether white or red meat.
