Grape Varieties

Malvasia bianca di Candia, Chardonnay, Greco.

Wine making tecnique

White vinification, gently pressed in order to obtain a must that is filtered and brought to fermentation at a controlled temperature, “First Drop” clear, addition of specific yeast. The wine is filtered to avoid further fermentation.

Tasting notes

COLOUR: Golden yellow with a temperate chromatic scale
BOUQUET: Velvet, like fresh ripe fruits aromas, with a delicate banana and yeast flavor.
TASTE: It has a velvet taste, with a good alcoholic mark, moderate acidity, good structure, very clear, with a very good persistence. Elaborated wine with a smart smoothness.

Advice from the winemaker

We suggest to drink tthis wine chilled to 8° -10° C (47°-50° F.), it is better to drink it within the next year after the harvest.

Gastronomical suggestions

Very good from the first to the last course, great companion for lighter hors-d’oeuvre, clear and thick soup, boiled fish and white meats.
